Warranty

 

(a) Limited Warranty. We warrant to you that for a period of one year from the date of purchase, the Product will perform substantially in accordance with its then current Product Description Statement located at www.shotdotusa.com as may be modified from time to time by ShotDot (the “Product Statement”), provided that you implement all releases, enhancements and corrections offered to you. If the Software fails to comply with such warranty (a “Defect”), we will, at our option, repair or replace the Software. Any replacement Product will be warranted as above for the remainder of the original warranty period, or thirty (30) days from the date we provide it to you, whichever is longer. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of the above limited warranty. The Product warranty replacement process is outlined at www.shotdotusa.com, as may be modified from time to time by ShotDot.

 

(b) Exceptions. Neither we nor our licensors or vendors shall have any responsibility for: (i) correcting errors in any Product that has been modified, repaired or altered by you or any third party; (ii) errors due to a failure of computer hardware, equipment or software not provided by us; (iii) accident, neglect, misuse, failure of electric power, adverse environmental conditions, catastrophe or your negligence or improper use, (iv) Excluded Matters, or (v) any Product that has not been maintained in accordance with the Documentation.

 

(c) Disclaimer of Warranties. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN SECTION 4 ABOVE, THE PRODUCT, EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, AND SUPPORT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOTDOT AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE USAGE. WITHOUT LIMITATION OF THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SHOTDOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT USE OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ALL DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not fully apply to you.

 

 

Returns Policy

All ShotDots® and components are subject to the limited warranty in the Terms and Conditions and warranted against defects for 1 Year from the date of purchase. If for any reason you experience problems with your ShotDot® functioning which violates the warranty, you may request a replacement. In addition, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a full refund if the product does not conform to the limited warranty.


To start a return for replacement, please contact us at sales@shotdotusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
